The Magnifier, in Windows Vista and 7, zooms in on a part of the screen to make it bigger.\u00a0 But you dont necessarily need it starting when windows starts.\u00a0 To prevent it from starting when windows starts:<\/p>\n

Open the Control Panel. (Start>Control Panel).<\/p>\n

Click on “Ease of Access”.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Under “Ease of Access Center”, click on “Optimize Visual Display”.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Make sure that the box next to “Turn on Magnifier” is unchecked.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Click “Save”.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The magnifier should no longer automatically run at startup.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Widows Vista was similar, but a little different.<\/p>\n
